Ponytail Pillow offers quick and affordable shipping. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, which means most packages will arrive within three to five days, depending on your location.

 

All orders over $70 ship for FREE! For orders under $70, shipping cost is $6.99. We understand nobody likes to be gauged for shipping, so we do our best to keep shipping costs affordable.

 

Refunds

Customers may return Pillows in new, unused condition within 30 days for a refund of the item amount, minus processing fees. Ponytail Pillow does not refund or pay for return shipping costs.
